HeartLine 2-1-1 and COVID-19

The COVID-19 pandemic in Oklahoma is evolving rapidly as more becomes known about the virus, how it is spread, and how it effects people. HeartLine’s 2-1-1 Community Resource Line is here to help every hour of every day. As we navigate these uncertain circumstances, we are taking every step to ensure the utmost level of quality service you expect from 2-1-1.

Serving as the first point of contact for the Oklahoma State Department of Health's statewide COVID-19 Hotline, our top priority is to help people advocate and connect to critical public health and social services in Oklahoma.

HeartLine has quickly activated a comprehensive plan of action to address the tremendous surge in call volume and to ensure that we have the most up to date resources to best guide our community through this unparalleled time. We are working in close collaboration with state and local entities to keep the community engaged and informed.

Heartline greatly appreciates the partnerships of: Oklahoma State Department of Health, Human Services, Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services, Emergency Management, City/County Health Department, United Way of Central Oklahoma, as well as our 2-1-1 counterpart in Eastern Oklahoma, Tulsa Community Services Council.
