NATIONAL COWBOY & WESTERN HERITAGE MUSEUM
HeartLine is pleased to announce that the 18th annual Festival of Hope will be held on Friday, August 16th at the National Cowboy and Western Heritage Museum. This year’s evening of acclamation and admiration will feature a dinner, exciting live and silent auctions, and inspirations of hope awards program.
This year’s Festival of Hope event will feature Oklahoma’s own Shelby Rowe as guest speaker. The 2016 Chickasaw Nation Dynamic Woman of the Year and nationally recognized suicide prevention expert, Shelby is a suicide attempt survivor with more than 20 years of experience in public health. As the Suicide Prevention Program Manager for the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services, Shelby has dedicated herself to fighting the stigma associated with suicide and building support for suicide prevention work.
